An opportunity is available for a junior or midlevel associate to join a nationally recognized labor and employment practice. The role is open across multiple offices in California and offers substantial exposure to a broad range of employment matters.

The practice handles employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class and collective action litigation, and investigations. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced practitioners on complex, high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients.

2–5 years of large law firm experience
Employment law or general litigation background
Experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations preferred
Excellent academic credentials and writing skills
Active California Bar membership required
Current federal judicial clerks ending terms in summer or fall 2026 are welcome to apply
