Labor & Employment ERISA Staff Attorney (3+ years) - Chicago

We are a large international law firm seeking a Staff Attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment, commercial, or insurance litigation to join our Labor & Employment practice in Chicago. This role focuses on ERISA-related matters.

In this position, you will handle a high-volume caseload involving file review, case analysis memoranda, pleadings, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations. You will work collaboratively with senior attorneys on complex and impactful cases.

• 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial, or insurance litigation
• Familiarity with federal court practice
• Extensive writing experience
• Ability to handle a high-volume practice including file review, preparing case analysis memoranda, pleadings, attending routine court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations
• Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
• Admission to the Illinois bar or ability to waive in
