Lateral Associate – FDA & Health Care (Washington, D.C.)

A leading law firm's Washington, D.C. office is seeking an associate with two or more years of experience to join its FDA and health care practice. The role focuses on health regulatory and government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products.

The successful candidate will advise on Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs, federal price reporting laws, and related compliance and enforcement issues. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes health care matters for a diverse client base.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials and advanced analytical, research, and writing skills.

• 2+ years of experience with health regulatory or government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products
• Experience with at least some of the following: Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs; federal price reporting laws and regulations (e.g., Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Part B Average Sales Price, Section 340B, Veterans Health Care Act); False Claims Act; Anti-Kickback Statute
