Our firm's Litigation Group is seeking an experienced associate to join our Employment Practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment matters for a sophisticated client base across multiple U.S. offices.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience working in a law firm's employment group on the management side. Prior government experience—such as with the EEOC or a state or local employment enforcement agency—is also valued.

Please note: This position is for experienced lawyers only; current law students are not eligible.

Key qualifications include:

A broad range of employment experience, including drafting employment and separation agreements, advising on terminations, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, reductions in force, employer handbooks, employment diligence for transactions, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas, including executive compensation.
