Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Orange County. The role involves leading complex antitrust matters across litigation, merger review and counseling for corporate clients, and contributing to firmwide practice development.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced team, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate with other practice groups on multi-jurisdictional matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcome and will be considered in hiring.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including merger review and civil litigation or cartel defense.
Strong client relationship and business development skills; portable book of business is a plus.
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and working on cross-practice matters.
Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to practice in the U.S.
