Senior antitrust partner opportunity in Philadelphia with a leading international law firm. The role will lead complex antitrust and competition matters across sectors, advise on investigations, counseling and litigation strategy, and work closely with clients and cross-border teams.

The successful candidate will head local deal and disputes work, mentor and grow a team of associates and counsel, and contribute to the firm s business development and client relationship efforts. This is a visible, practice-building role for an experienced antitrust practitioner.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including handling investigations, litigation and transactional clearance work.
Demonstrable leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring associates and coordinating cross-office teams.
Strong commercial judgment and a record of client development; a portable practice or demonstrable business development success is preferred.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Pennsylvania admission or eligibility) and relevant federal court admissions as appropriate.
