Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, The Hague

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Antitrust & Competition team in The Hague. The role is client-facing and combines high-level advisory work on Dutch and EU competition law with management of complex investigations and merger control matters.

The successful candidate will join an established multi-disciplinary practice and play a central role in business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate work is required.

• Proven partner-level experience advising on competition/antitrust matters (cartel investigations, dawn raids, merger control, behavioural/abuse of dominance cases).
• Admitted or qualified to practise in the Netherlands (or equivalent EU qualification) and comfortable working on cross‑border EU competition matters.
• Track record of client development and managing significant matters and teams.
• Ability to bring or rapidly develop a portable practice.
