Established, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Wilmington. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on merger control, government investigations, and complex antitrust litigation across domestic matters.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to lead and grow a portable antitrust practice, work on cross-office matters with national teams, and contribute to business development and client relationship management in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including merger control, investigations or litigation.
Strong track record of business development; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Admissions and good standing in relevant U.S. bar(s); excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
