Apply in confidence →Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Paris arbitration team. The role will focus on high-value international arbitration matters, handling cross-border commercial and investor–state disputes.
The team has a significant energy disputes practice with active work relating to Africa; the successful candidate will be expected to strengthen and expand that capability and take a visible role in client development.
This is a frontline, client-facing partner role with responsibility for leading cases, mentoring junior lawyers, and growing a portable practice.
- Established partner-level experience in international arbitration (commercial and/or investor–state).
- Proven track record on energy-related disputes, ideally with experience or a network relevant to African markets.
- Demonstrable client relationships or a portable book of business and clear business-development capability.
- Ability to lead teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and mentor junior lawyers.
