Lateral Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — Phoenix

Partner opportunity to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice in a major Phoenix office. The role will combine market-facing client work, matter leadership and practice development across creditor and lender-side matters.

Ideal candidates will take responsibility for originating work, managing teams on complex insolvency and workout matters, and collaborating with cross-office finance lawyers on loan restructurings and related creditors' rights issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
• Track record of client origination and practice development
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for admission
