Senior partner hire to lead and expand a compliance and regulatory practice focused on financial institutions and banking regulation in the Hamburg office. The role combines client advisory, regulatory workstreams and coordination on cross-border matters.

You will advise banks and other financial services clients on regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and lead responses to regulatory developments. The position includes team leadership, business development and collaboration with other practice groups.

Qualified to practice in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent European qualification
Established partner-level experience in regulatory/compliance work for financial institutions and banks
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable book of business is welcome
Strong leadership, client-management and team-building skills; fluent in German and English
