Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Litigation and Technology — Baltimore

Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its regulatory, privacy and technology-related litigation practice in Baltimore. The role combines regulatory counseling, privacy/data protection work and disputed matters that arise from technology and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team serving corporate and institutional clients on regulatory compliance, data-privacy programs and enforcement defense. This is a partner-role with significant client development responsibility and leadership opportunities within the office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in regulatory, privacy/data-protection and related litigation matters
• Strong client-development skills and ability to originate and grow high-value engagements
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and experience advising corporate clients on compliance and enforcement matters
