Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in Reno. The role combines courtroom work, dispute resolution, and client counseling across construction and property disputes.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a litigation team, handling high-stakes trials and arbitrations, and developing business through existing client relationships and new origination.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation
• Proven trial and arbitration experience and strong advocacy skills
• Demonstrated business development track record and team leadership
• Bar admission in Nevada or ability to qualify promptly
