Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and grow construction and real estate litigation matters. The role focuses on managing complex construction disputes, representing owners, contractors, and related parties across state and regional matters.

The team handles litigation from early dispute resolution through trial and appeal; the incoming partner will be expected to supervise associates, develop client relationships, and participate in business development for the practice.

Partner-level experience focused on construction and real estate litigation, with substantial courtroom and trial experience preferred.
Proven record of managing complex commercial construction disputes and supervising litigation teams.
Strong client-development skills; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships encouraged to apply.
Active bar admission in Utah or ability to become admitted; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
