The practice combines significant commercial litigation with transactional depth, offering collaboration across multiple offices and markets.

They are specifically interested in candidates who can operate as a team, with strong existing client relationships and a track record of handling large-scale disputes and transactions.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions
Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Demonstrated ability to attract and retain anchor clients
Team-oriented approach with a stable career history
Licensed in the relevant jurisdiction
