Partner opportunity in a busy corporate practice based in Houston. The role will focus on transactional work, including M&A and corporate governance matters for a broad corporate client base.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow client relationships, work with senior deal teams, and participate in business development across the region. The team handles cross-border and domestic transactions and provides day-to-day corporate counsel.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and corporate governance.
Track record of leading complex deals and managing client relationships.
Business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is advantageous.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and eligibility to work in Houston.
