Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta office to expand its corporate and intellectual property transactional offering, with a focus on M&A, private equity and life sciences-related matters. The role will work closely with cross-practice teams, including energy transactional specialists, to lead complex deals for corporate and private clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in originating and executing transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping grow an integrated corporate/IP practice in the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-established platform with national reach while maintaining an active client-facing role.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant transactional experience in M&A and private equity matters, including life sciences-related deals
Demonstrated experience working on or coordinating with intellectual property and energy transactional teams
Proven track record of client origination and team leadership
