Seeking a lateral partner to join and grow established Corporate and Intellectual Property Litigation capabilities in the Wilmington office. The role is focused on originating and leading matters across M&A, corporate governance and patent litigation, with opportunities to collaborate with other US offices.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and demonstrated business development success. The firm is prioritizing growth in corporate work and patent/IP litigation, while also considering strong ERISA/benefits and emerging-growth specialists. Flexible location within the region may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions, IP litigation or related specialties (M&A, patent litigation, corporate governance, emerging growth).
Proven track record of originating work and developing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong litigation and/or transactional technical skills and demonstrated leadership of deal or case teams.
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and help grow regional practice offerings.
