You'll take a senior role in originating and executing deals, mentoring junior lawyers, and growing the regional practice. The firm is looking for someone with a portable practice or strong client relationships that can be integrated into an existing corporate platform.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional work.
Demonstrable client origination and a portable practice or strong referral networks.
Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with deep knowledge of UK corporate processes.
Track record of leading deal teams and developing junior lawyers.
