Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice team based in Boulder, focusing on corporate restructuring and insolvency-related matters. The role will advise debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on restructurings, chapter 11 proceedings, and related corporate work.
The successful candidate will help lead and grow the local restructuring offering, work collaboratively across practices, and contribute to client development and case strategy.
