Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Alexandria

National U.S. litigation and labor practice seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor team in Alexandria. The role involves leading complex employment litigation matters, counseling employers on workplace risk, and developing business across both contentious and advisory workstreams.

The successful candidate will join a team handling high-volume defense litigation and counseling for corporate clients across multiple industries. This position offers a senior leadership role with client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to expand an existing practice in the region.

• Established track record defending employment litigation and handling labor matters
• Significant partner-level experience at a law firm or equivalent in-house role
