Top priorities include partners with strong corporate transactional experience, patent/IP litigation credentials, and ERISA or employee-benefits expertise. The firm values partners who can build teams, work cross-jurisdictionally, and contribute to a flexible, growth-oriented platform.

Established partner with significant experience in one or more of: employment & labor, corporate transactions, or IP litigation.
Portable book of business or demonstrated origination and client development track record.
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across offices.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission.
