Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Honolulu

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Honolulu office to lead and grow an employment & labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting employment disputes, counseling employers on compliance and workplace issues, and handling trials and hearings across state and federal forums.

The successful candidate will take a visible role in client management and business development, working with a team of litigators and labor specialists. This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with an established litigation track record and a desire to expand a portable practice in the Hawaii market.

• Admitted to practice in the relevant state (or able to waive in); active bar membership required.
• Established litigation experience in employment and labor matters; trial and contested-hearing experience preferred.
• Proven client-development skills; portable practice or book of business welcome.
• Ability to lead teams, manage matters, and contribute to business development in the Honolulu market.
