A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis employment and labor litigation team. The role focuses on managing high‑stakes employment litigation matters, developing client relationships, and leading a team of litigators in a busy regional office.

The firm is looking for an experienced trial litigator with deep knowledge of employment and labor law, strong courtroom and motion practice skills, and the ability to originate and grow client work. This is a partner role with responsibility for client development and practice leadership; a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Admission to practice in Minnesota or eligibility to transfer admission
Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation
Strong trial, dispositive motion, and courtroom advocacy skills
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice
Experience supervising associates and managing client relationships
