Senior litigation partner opportunity with a well-established national firm to lead and grow employment and labor litigation work out of the Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment disputes, labor matters, and related litigation across state and federal courts.

Ideal candidate will take a leadership role on case strategy, trial preparation and client relationship management, mentoring junior lawyers and developing business locally. The position offers a platform to expand an existing employer-focused practice in a collaborative, multi-office environment.

Admission to the Utah bar (or commitment to transfer) and standing with relevant courts
Significant experience as lead counsel in employment and labor litigation matters, including trial and dispositive motion practice
Proven track record of client development and ability to manage a portable practice or cultivate new client relationships
Experience supervising associates and contributing to business development and practice management
