Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Wilmington

Seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow a litigation-focused employment and labor practice in Wilmington. The role centers on handling contentious employment matters, defending and prosecuting workplace claims, and delivering courtroom-ready advocacy for a mix of regional and national clients.

The partner will manage and develop a team of associates, take primary responsibility for client relationships, and collaborate with broader firm resources on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. Candidates with an established portable practice or book of business will be given strong consideration.

• Established partner-level litigation experience in employment and labor law (state and federal litigation and trials).
• Proven track record managing cases from intake through trial, including depositions, motions practice, and settlement negotiation.
• Demonstrated client development skills and ability to build/maintain client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
• Ability to supervise and mentor associates and work collaboratively across teams; admission to the relevant state bar or ability to obtain admission.
