Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor (San Diego)

Opportunity for a lateral partner to lead and grow an established employment and labor practice in the San Diego office of a national US firm. The role focuses on counseling and defending employers in employment litigation and related workplace matters.

Successful candidates will take on client-facing responsibilities, develop business, and mentor a team of associates while handling a broad range of labor and employment disputes and preventative counseling matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in employment litigation and labor matters, with a proven track record of client origination and matter leadership
• Active California bar admission (or willingness to obtain) and ability to practice in California courts
• Demonstrated experience supervising associates and building a team-focused practice
