Lateral Partner  Energy & Environmental - Boulder

Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow an energy and environmental practice from the Boulder office of a major national firm. The role will combine transactional work, regulatory counseling and litigation across energy and infrastructure matters.

The successful candidate will advise clients on regulatory compliance, project development and dispute resolution, and will work with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a partner track role with a focus on business development and practice leadership.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including regulatory and transactional matters
• Proven litigation experience or ability to collaborate closely with litigation teams
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships and leading cross-practice engagements
