Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking and Corporate, Fort Wayne

Senior transactional partner role joining a mid-market finance and corporate team in Fort Wayne. The partner will lead and originate work across investment and asset management matters, advising sponsor and institutional clients on fund structures, investment vehicle formation and related corporate and financing transactions.

The role combines client relationship development, deal execution and team leadership. You will supervise associates, coordinate cross-practice input on regulatory and securities issues, and drive business development to expand the practice locally and regionally.

• Proven partner-level track record in investment/asset management and related corporate or finance transactions
• Strong origination and client-development capabilities
