Exciting leadership opportunity for a Finance partner to join the Germany finance team of a leading international law firm in Düsseldorf. The role focuses on banking and finance transactions, advising lenders and corporate borrowers across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead and develop client relationships, originate new mandates and work closely with colleagues across Europe. This is a high-visibility role offering the chance to shape regional strategy within an established global practice.

Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent continental European qualification) with substantial finance/banking partner experience
Track record of leading complex bank and finance transactions and managing teams on cross-border matters
Proven client origination and relationship-building skills; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is desirable
Fluent German and strong English language skills
