Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix finance practice with a focus on leveraged and structured finance. The role will involve originating and leading complex financings, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can build and expand a transactional finance platform in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client development record in leveraged/structured finance is welcome.

Established partner with substantial leveraged and/or structured finance experience
Proven track record of originating and leading complex financing transactions
Demonstrable client development skills; portable business welcome
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to relocate
