Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and lead its Finance & Banking practice in the West Palm Beach office. The role is client-facing and focused on originating and managing middle-market and institutional finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will take a lead role on syndicated and bilateral lending, asset-based and real estate finance matters, and will work closely with cross-practice teams on complex financings. There is an expectation to develop and grow local client relationships.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (syndicated, asset-based, real estate and/or corporate lending).
Demonstrated origination and business-development ability; portable client relationships welcomed.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates and collaborating with other practice groups.
