Leading international finance practice seeks a partner to join its Hamburg office to develop and lead capital markets work across Germany and the wider region. The role focuses on advising issuers, financial institutions and other corporate clients on a range of capital markets transactions.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team advising on public and private offerings, debt and equity-linked products and cross‑border financings, working alongside senior deal teams across jurisdictions.

This is a partner-level role for an experienced capital markets lawyer with a portable practice and proven client relationships who can help grow work in Germany from the Hamburg base.

Established partner with a strong capital markets track record at a major firm or comparable experience in private practice.
Proven portable client relationships and ability to bring and develop mandates in Germany and internationally.
Technical expertise in equity and debt capital markets, public offerings and related regulatory considerations.
Fluent in German and English; admitted to practise in Germany or equivalent EU qualification preferred.
