Lateral Partner, Finance & Securities — Dubai

Senior partner hire for a Dubai-based finance and securities practice, with a primary focus on capital markets and transactional finance. The role will lead client origination, manage complex cross-border matters, and build a regional practice.

The team advises institutional and corporate clients across capital markets and financing transactions. This is a visible, market-facing role with significant opportunity to shape strategy and grow revenue in the Middle East.

• Proven partner-level record in capital markets and finance transactions
• Experience originating and managing cross-border financings and securities matters
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
• Licensed/admissible to practise in a relevant common-law or international jurisdiction
