Lateral Partner, Healthcare & Life Sciences Litigation — Boulder

Senior partner role in the Boulder office focused on healthcare, life sciences and digital-health litigation. The hire will lead complex disputes, advise on regulatory and product-liability exposures, and work with cross‑functional teams on technology-related matters in the health sector.

The position emphasizes client relationship leadership and business development to grow a regional and national practice. The firm offers platform resources across practices and offices to support client service and case management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and life‑sciences matters, including digital health or technology-related disputes
• Track record of client development and the ability to lead complex, high‑stakes matters from intake through trial or settlement
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising teams of associates and coordinating with regulatory, IP and transactional colleagues
