The role combines substantial courtroom and regulatory litigation work with strategic counseling of clients in healthcare, life sciences and digital health/health‑tech matters.
The partner will manage and develop client relationships, oversee case strategy through trial and appeal, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on technology and life‑sciences issues. This is a leadership role with significant origination and business-development expectations.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level litigation experience focused on healthcare, life sciences or digital health
- Proven trial and appellate experience and track record of managing complex multiparty disputes
- Strong client-development and practice leadership skills
