Opportunity for a lateral partner to join the healthcare and life sciences litigation practice of a national U.S. law firm in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on defending and counseling healthcare industry clients across complex regulatory, commercial and litigation matters.

The partner will lead trial and complex litigation matters, supervise and develop associates, and work with practice leaders on business strategy and client service. This is a practice-growth role with expectations for client development and cross-office collaboration.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences litigation.
Proven trial and case-management track record on complex matters.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
