Leading national law firm seeks a senior healthcare partner to strengthen and grow its healthcare and life sciences practice in Wilmington. The role will involve advising health systems, providers, and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, and working closely with cross-practice teams.

This is a client-facing leadership role: the team is looking for an experienced lawyer who can originate work, develop business, and mentor associates. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client generation track record are encouraged to apply.

Established track record in healthcare and life sciences matters, including regulatory and transactional work
Proven client-development ability or a portable practice
Strong leadership and mentoring experience within a team environment
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
