Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Reno office to expand its Intellectual Property and Corporate practices. The firm is particularly focused on strengthening patent and IP litigation capabilities alongside transactional and corporate governance work, with opportunities to work across litigation, mass torts and ERISA matters.

The role suits an experienced partner with a portable practice who can originate and grow client relationships, collaborate across offices, and help develop a regional presence. The team offers an integrated platform to handle high-value patent litigation, corporate transactions and governance matters for sophisticated clients.

Proven partner-level experience in patent/IP litigation and/or corporate transactional work
Demonstrable portable book of business and ability to generate new client work
Strong trial and/or deal execution track record and client-management skills
Experience supervising teams and collaborating across offices
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and good standing
