Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to help grow its Intellectual Property and Corporate practices from the Wilmington office. The role will focus on IP litigation and corporate work, with opportunities to collaborate across related teams (including governance and mass torts/ERISA matters) and with other U.S. offices.

The firm is looking for a rainmaker-level lawyer with a portable practice who can originate and develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to cross-practice client development. This is a hands-on leadership role with flexibility to structure compensation consistent with the partner’s book and contributions.

Established partner with a proven portable practice in IP litigation, corporate transactions, or related fields
Demonstrable book of business and strong origination/relationship skills
Experience leading matters, supervising associates, and developing client relationships
Admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction; willingness to work across multiple domestic offices
