Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Atlanta

Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a well-established national firm’s Atlanta office within the Intellectual Property and Litigation practices. The role will focus on patent prosecution and patent litigation matters across technology and life sciences matters.

The team handles complex IP disputes and counseling work for corporate clients; the partner will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-office teams. The firm seeks a partner who can expand the practice and contribute to business development.

• Established partner with substantial experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation.
• Proven track record leading IP litigation matters and managing trial or appellate work.
• Ability and willingness to develop or bring a portable practice and contribute to client development.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and JD degree.
