Leading international firm seeks a partner to strengthen an established Boston practice handling high-value commercial litigation and strategic corporate transactions. The role combines trial-focused litigation capability with M&A and transactional experience across complex, cross-border matters.

Priority will be given to candidates who can join as a team or who bring a demonstrable, portable practice and longstanding client relationships. The group serves clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive sectors and works regularly with teams across the U.S. and key global markets.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions, with a track record on high-value matters.
Experience leading and growing teams and managing cross‑border matters.
Proven client-development skills and a demonstrable portable practice preferred; team moves will be prioritized.
Comfort working with clients in sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive and coordinating across major U.S. and international markets.
