Lateral Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology, Newark

Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a highly regarded law firm’s Newark office to lead and grow litigation, corporate and technology-related workstreams. The role will focus on fintech, cyber security and corporate M&A matters, with responsibility for client delivery and team leadership.

The successful candidate will have an established portable practice and a track record of originating and developing client relationships, particularly with West Coast-focused clients. This is a hands-on role combining trial/controversy experience with transactional and regulatory advisory work.

• Admission to the relevant state bar and full eligibility to practice in New Jersey.
• Proven partner-level experience in litigation and corporate/technology matters (fintech, cyber security, M&A).
• Demonstrable client development record and an established portable practice or book of business preferred.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex matters, and interface with senior clients on strategic issues.
