Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Seattle team to lead litigation and corporate work for technology and fintech clients. The role combines courtroom and transactional responsibilities, with a focus on cyber security, corporate governance, and M&A matters for West Coast-based businesses.

The successful candidate will help grow and mentor a cross-practice team, work closely with regional partners, and develop new client relationships while servicing an active portable practice. This is an opportunity to shape a technology-focused practice within a broad, national platform.

Partner-level experience handling complex commercial litigation and corporate transactions (M&A, corporate governance) for technology or fintech clients
Demonstrated client development and firm leadership experience; ability to mentor junior lawyers
Experience advising on cyber security-related issues and related litigation or regulatory matters
Active bar admission in the U.S.; portable practice/book of business preferred
