Seeking a partner to lead and grow a litigation and employment practice from the firm’s Manchester office. The role focuses on commercial litigation, labor & employment work and related professional liability matters, with frequent matters in healthcare and construction sectors.

The partner will handle high-stakes litigation, mentor and manage a team of litigators, and work closely with clients on case strategy and risk management. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and expanding client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable origination capacity is desirable.

Established partner with significant experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience or substantial dispute-resolution record
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; business development skills
Ability to manage teams and supervise associates; strong client communication
Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in the office jurisdiction
