Leading regional/national practice is seeking a partner to join its Minneapolis litigation team with a primary focus on employment and labor matters. The role will handle complex commercial and professional liability litigation, and will also work on healthcare- and construction-related disputes.

The ideal candidate will have established trial and courtroom experience, strong client relationships, and the ability to develop and expand a litigation-focused practice. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant responsibility for case strategy, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Federal or state bar admission in Minnesota (or ability to transfer)
Significant partner-level experience handling commercial litigation and employment/labor matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience and record of managing complex disputes
Track record of client development and ability to bring or expand a portable practice
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for developing junior attorneys
