Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Salt Lake City

Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a trial-focused practice from the Salt Lake City office of a national law firm. The role emphasizes commercial litigation, employment and labor disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction litigation.

The partner will handle high-stakes contested matters, mentor junior litigators, and work collaboratively across practice groups to service regional and national clients. The firm is seeking a seasoned rainmaker or established practice leader who can develop business and contribute to firm growth.

• Established partner-level litigation practice with significant experience in commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability, healthcare or construction matters.
• Proven trial and case-management experience and the ability to supervise and develop associates.
• Demonstrable business development ability; portable client relationships or a track record of origination preferred.
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) to practice in the relevant state and willingness to work from the Salt Lake City office.
