Lateral Partner — Litigation, Finance & Intellectual Property, Boston

Experienced partner-level hire sought for a senior role in the Boston office of a global law firm. The role will focus on leading patent litigation matters while supporting and cross-selling into the firm's finance practices, including leveraged and structured finance work.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team advising sophisticated corporate and financial clients. This is an opportunity to build a litigation platform locally while collaborating on cross-border and transactional matters handled by the wider firm.

• Established partner with a strong track record in patent litigation and related IP disputes
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships across litigation and finance matters
