Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Reno

Senior partner hire to lead and grow litigation, intellectual property and corporate work from the firm’s Reno office. The role will involve managing significant litigation matters (including product liability and mass torts), directing patent/IP litigation and advising on corporate governance and transactional matters.

There is a strong emphasis on business development and cross-office collaboration with priority needs in corporate work, patent/IP litigation and mass tort capabilities. The team is open to candidates with portable practices who can help expand regional and national client coverage.

• Portable book of business of 850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in litigation and/or IP litigation; experience with product liability and mass torts advantageous
• Proven business development and client-management skills; ability to originate and grow portable work
• Admissions and credentials required to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
