Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston litigation team with responsibility for handling securities-related and white-collar matters. The role offers an opportunity to lead complex commercial and regulatory disputes across federal and state courts and in regulatory proceedings.

The practice will collaborate with a multi-office litigation platform and work on a mix of trial, appellate and enforcement matters. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in securities, white-collar defense, or related commercial litigation are encouraged to apply.

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (or able to obtain admission)
Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities or white-collar matters
Track record of managing trial-ready matters and supervising teams
Portable practice or demonstrable business development ability desirable
